Microsoft Management Console has stopped working

Description

When trying to open the "Task Scheduler" console or the "Windows Server Backup" console, it crashes and you get the following error message:
"Microsoft Management Console has stopped working"

When clicking the "View problem details" button, you see the following error message (or a similar message):

does this seriously work? This just happened recently to me earlier this month and I don't this security update caused any problems.

My Laptop says the Microsoft Management Console has stopped working and also UpdateTask.exe has stopped working.
What can I do to solve this problem?
