Video card Hauppauge WinTV-PVR 150 on a system that is running Windows Vista or Windows 7 in their x64 version with 4GB RAM, "Live TV" is showing fuzzy/slow picture and sound and sometimes a green screen is showed.Solution
WinTV-PVR 150 is having a problem with 4GB RAM or more. Possible solutions for this problem are:1) Use less than 4GB of RAM.
2) Use a 32-bit version of Windows.
3) Go to Start --> Run --> msconfig --> Boot tab --> Advanced options --> Maximum memory and set the memory limit to 4095.
I recommend using the 3rd option.
